Winter Chia Seed Pudding

Spiced Chia Seed Pudding


  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp tumeric
  • 4 cups vanilla coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cinammon
  • 20 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate flakes


  1. Blend spices, coconut milk and 2 tbsp chia seeds in a blender. 
  2. Pour spice mixture over the rest of chia seeds and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour mixture into individual small bowls and store in fridge for 3 hours
  4. Plate with coconut and dark chocolate (if desired)
